Quality Control Process

A.S.K Learning has a dedicated Quality Assurance and Testing Team. This team is made up of learning professionals who apply their knowledge and experience to test and review at all stages of the development process, from storyboards through to the final delivery.

This is more than a simple check for bugs; the team also tests the learning experience and user engagement.

QA feedback and comments are captured in the module review document. This means that you will be able to see the level of testing carried out on each module.
